7. Enrollment Restrictions, Duplicate Participation & Digital Product Policy

To preserve accreditation integrity, prevent duplication of educational credit, and ensure compliance with regulatory and academic standards, the following rules strictly apply:

7.1 Purchase & Enrollment Restrictions

Users are not permitted to:

• Purchase multiple courses that result in duplication of educational content
• Purchase multiple bundles simultaneously
• Purchase two or more bundles containing identical or substantially similar courses
• Purchase any combination of courses and bundles that creates duplicated learning activities

Mulhim reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether educational content is considered duplicated, overlapping, or substantially similar.

Participants shall not receive duplicated courses, certificates, or CME/CPD hours under any circumstances.

Bundles displayed on the Platform represent the maximum allowable CME/CPD hours obtainable from that bundle.

7.2 Duplicate Educational Content & Credit Limitation

Where duplicated educational content is identified:

• The participant shall receive course access once only
• A certificate shall be issued once only
• CME/CPD hours shall be registered once only

Duplicate enrollment or duplicate purchases do not entitle the participant to:

• Additional courses
• Multiple certificates
• Repeated CME/CPD credit

Under no circumstances shall duplicated CME/CPD hours be granted.

Participants shall receive:

• Unique courses only
• Certificates issued once per course
• CME/CPD hours registered once per course

7.3 Administrative Adjustments & System Controls

In cases involving multiple purchases, duplication conflicts, or policy violations, Mulhim administration reserves the unrestricted right to:

• Consolidate enrollments
• Adjust course allocations
• Add alternative CME/CPD courses
• Modify user enrollments
• Deny duplicated educational benefits

Such adjustments shall be made solely for the purpose of ensuring:

• Compliance with accreditation rules
• Achievement of target CME/CPD hours only
• Non-exceedance of Platform credit limits

7.4 Digital Product Nature & System Limitations

All courses, bundles, and educational materials offered on the Platform are classified as digital products.

Due to the automated nature of the e-commerce system:

• The Platform may technically allow the purchase of multiple courses or bundles
• Such technical allowance shall not be interpreted as permission, entitlement, or policy approval

Users expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The ability to complete a transaction does not override Platform policies
• Digital purchases remain subject to duplication, accreditation, and enrollment restrictions
• Compliance obligations remain fully enforceable regardless of system behavior

Mulhim shall not be responsible for:

• Purchases made in violation of Platform policies
• Misinterpretation of automated system functionality
• Assumptions based on checkout system behavior

7.5 Non-Entitlement to Duplicate Digital Access or Credit

Given the digital nature of services:

• Duplicate purchases do not create entitlement to additional access
• Duplicate purchases do not create entitlement to multiple certificates
• Duplicate purchases do not create entitlement to repeated CME/CPD hours

No refunds, reversals, or compensations shall arise from:

• System-permitted but policy-restricted transactions
• Duplicate purchases
• Duplication conflicts

7.6 Illustrative Examples (Non-Exhaustive)

Example 1
A user purchases Bundle A and Bundle B where both bundles contain Course “Infection Control Fundamentals.”
This constitutes duplicated educational content.
The participant shall receive course access once only.
CME/CPD hours shall be registered once only.

Example 2
A user purchases Bundle A, then later purchases a standalone course already included in Bundle A.
Duplicate enrollment is prohibited.
No additional certificate or CME/CPD credit shall be granted.

Example 3
A user purchases multiple bundles to accelerate CME/CPD accumulation.
Multiple bundle purchases are not allowed.

Mulhim administration reserves the right to:

• Adjust course selections
• Allocate alternative CME/CPD courses

Strictly to match target hours only.

Duplicate credit shall not be granted.

7.7 Enforcement & Final Authority

Mulhim reserves the absolute right to:

• Deny duplicated educational credit
• Modify enrollments without prior notice
• Cancel duplicated purchases
• Refuse refunds related to duplication conflicts
• Suspend or restrict accounts involved in policy violations

All determinations regarding duplication, similarity, overlap, eligibility, or credit recognition shall rest solely with Mulhim.

8. CME/CPD Participation & SCFHS Eligibility Rules

8.1 Concurrent Enrollment

Participants should not enroll in multiple CME/CPD courses simultaneously, as overlapping participation may cause:

• Conflicts in SCFHS tracking and verification systems
• Delays or inconsistencies in CME/CPD reporting
• Rejection of CME/CPD recognition by SCFHS

Mulhim is not responsible for rejections or delays caused by concurrent enrollment or non-compliant participation patterns.

8.2 CME/CPD Submission for Licenses Expired More Than One Year

If a practitioner’s SCFHS registration has been expired for more than one (1) year:

• Mulhim cannot submit CME/CPD hours
• The participant must submit certificates manually via:
Mumaris+ → Add CPD Activity → Upload Certificate → Submit Application

SCFHS may apply recognition fees.

If Mulhim attempts submission and SCFHS rejects it due to “classified but not registered,” “expired registration,” or any ineligible status, Mulhim bears no liability for that rejection.

8.3 Incorrect SCFHS Registration or Classification Numbers

Users are fully responsible for accurate SCFHS information.

If CME/CPD hours are recorded under an incorrect profile:

• Hours are permanently forfeited
• Correction is not guaranteed

Mulhim bears no responsibility for SCFHS denial of reversals.

8.4 Missing Information or Failure to Respond

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in delays or extended processing timelines.

Mulhim bears no responsibility for delays caused by incomplete submissions.

8.5 Accuracy of Information

CME/CPD recognition relies entirely on user-provided data, SCFHS validation systems, and regulatory eligibility.

9. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

9.1 Payments

Enrollment authorizes Mulhim to charge applicable fees.

Outstanding balances must be settled promptly.

9.2 Refund Policy

• Asynchronous courses are strictly non-refundable
• Refund windows apply to live/in-person courses
• Refunds granted only for Platform-originated failures

10. Cookies, Analytics, and External Links

Mulhim uses cookies to enhance Platform functionality.

External links remain outside Mulhim responsibility.

11. Support and Complaints

Support inquiries may be submitted through official channels.

Resolution timelines vary by case complexity.

12. Website Modifications and Disclaimer

Mulhim may modify services, pricing, or content at any time.

No guarantees provided regarding uninterrupted service.

13. Jurisdiction

All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
