4. Privacy and Data Protection
4.1 Personal Data
Mulhim is committed to protecting user data in accordance with relevant Saudi data protection laws. Personal information is collected in order to:
- Deliver educational and support services.
- Verify eligibility for CME/CPD reporting and accreditation requirements.
- Communicate with users regarding services, updates, and compliance requirements.
- Improve platform performance, quality, and user experience.
Personal data will only be shared when:
- Legally required by competent authorities.
- Necessary to comply with SCFHS or NELC verification requirements.
- Required to provide or maintain platform services.
- Needed to resolve service issues, disputes, or security incidents.
4.2 Technical and Non-Personal Data
Mulhim may collect non-personal data such as browser type, operating system, access preferences, cookies, and IP address. This data is used to enhance platform quality, improve security, and analyze visitor behavior.
5. Service Availability and Limitations of Liability
Mulhim is not liable for:
- User-side technical issues such as internet connectivity, device incompatibilities, or browser errors.
- External system delays or failures, including those involving SCFHS, NELC, or payment gateways.
- SCFHS rejection of CME/CPD hours due to user ineligibility or non-compliance with SCFHS rules.
- Errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated user information.
- Force majeure events such as outages, restrictions, emergencies, or other unforeseen disruptions.
No warranties are provided regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or virus-free content. The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Educational Services
6.1 Synchronous (Live) Courses
- Delivered at scheduled times with monitored attendance.
- Attendance is recorded at the beginning and end of the session.
- Certificates and CME hours are issued only upon verified full attendance.
- No hours are awarded in cases of absence, partial attendance, or failure to meet minimum attendance criteria.
6.2 Asynchronous (Recorded) Courses
- Delivered through pre-recorded videos, digital materials, and electronic resources.
- Full viewing of required content and completion of assessments are mandatory.
- Access is restricted to the registered account holder only.
- Certificates display the user’s legal name as registered on the Platform.
7. CME/CPD Participation & SCFHS Eligibility Rules
7.1 Concurrent Enrollment
Participants should not enroll in multiple CME/CPD courses simultaneously (whether with Mulhim or other providers), as overlapping participation may cause:
- Conflicts in SCFHS tracking and verification systems.
- Delays or inconsistencies in CME/CPD reporting.
- Rejection of CME/CPD recognition by SCFHS.
Mulhim is not responsible for rejections or delays caused by concurrent enrollment or non-compliant participation patterns.
7.2 CME/CPD Submission for Licenses Expired More Than One Year
If a practitioner’s SCFHS professional registration has been expired for more than one (1) year, SCFHS regulations require the practitioner, and not the provider, to manually submit CME/CPD hours through the Mumaris+ portal.
Accordingly:
- Mulhim cannot submit CME/CPD hours for licenses expired beyond one year.
- The participant must submit certificates manually via: Mumaris+ → Add CPD Activity → Upload Certificate → Submit Application.
- SCFHS may apply additional processing or recognition fees, which are the sole responsibility of the practitioner.
If Mulhim attempts submission and SCFHS rejects it due to “classified but not registered,” “expired registration,” or any ineligible status, Mulhim bears no liability for that rejection.
7.3 Incorrect SCFHS Registration or Classification Numbers
Users are fully responsible for providing correct SCFHS registration numbers, classification numbers, license status, and personal information during signup or course enrollment.
If a user enters an incorrect number, or a number belonging to another healthcare professional, and CME/CPD hours are successfully recorded under that incorrect profile, then:
- The user permanently forfeits the right to reclaim, correct, or transfer the CME/CPD hours.
Mulhim is not responsible for CME/CPD hours assigned to another professional due to user error or for SCFHS denial of reversal or correction requests.
7.4 Missing Information or Failure to Respond
To process CME/CPD submissions, resolve SCFHS rejections, or complete validation procedures, Mulhim may request additional documents or information from the user.
If Mulhim contacts a user for required information and no reply is received within three (3) calendar days, the case will:
- Be downgraded to low priority; and
- Be processed within seven (7) working days from the downgrade date, subject to operational capacity.
Mulhim is not responsible for delays caused by missing, incomplete, or unresponsive communication from the participant.
7.5 Accuracy of Information
CME/CPD submission relies entirely on user-provided data, the accuracy of SCFHS information, active Mumaris+ registration, and full compliance with SCFHS rules and guidelines.
Any delay, rejection, or cancellation of CME/CPD recognition due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information is the sole responsibility of the participant.
8. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
8.1 Payments
By enrolling in any course, you authorize Mulhim to charge applicable fees through your selected payment method. If access is granted despite payment failure, you must settle the outstanding amount within seven (7) days of notification.
Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) transactions may include additional processing fees, which will be clearly presented at checkout.
8.2 Refund Policy
- Asynchronous courses (recorded or digital content) are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Live (synchronous) courses: a full refund is available if requested at least 48 hours before the start time.
- In-person workshops: a full refund is available if requested at least 72 hours before the session.
- Bank transfer refunds may incur a fee between 10 and 15 SAR.
- Refunds are granted only when technical issues originate from Mulhim.
Mulhim reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts engaged in repeated, abusive, or fraudulent refund requests.
9. Cookies, Analytics, and External Links

The typical response time is within forty-eight (48) working hours. Resolution timelines may vary depending on case complexity and user responsiveness, including any required documentation or clarifications (see Section 7.4).
