Refund eligibility and conditions for digital CME/CPD products on Mulhim.sa
RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2025

This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be offered for purchases made through Mulhim Continuing Medical Education (“Mulhim”, “we”, “our”, or “the Platform”).

Overview

All products offered by Mulhim are digital Continuing Medical Education (CME/CPD) services. Because digital products become accessible immediately after purchase, they are generally non-refundable according to Saudi eCommerce practices.

By completing a purchase on Mulhim.sa, you agree to the conditions outlined in this policy.

1. Non-Refundable Digital Products

Refunds cannot be issued once the digital product has been accessed or used. This includes:

  • CME/CPD online courses

  • CME bundles

  • Digital certificates

  • Assessments and quizzes

  • Course content or study material access

Accessing, viewing, or downloading any part of the purchased course is considered “use” and therefore makes the product non-refundable.

2. Cases Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be granted only in the following limited situations:

  • Duplicate Payment: If the user is charged twice for the same course.

  • Incorrect Product Assigned by Mulhim: When Mulhim assigns a different product than what was purchased.

Refund approvals are subject to internal verification and must comply with payment gateway policies.

3. Refunds Not Applicable

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The user provided incorrect SCFHS registration or classification numbers.

  • The user holds an expired SCFHS license (must upload manually via Mumaris Plus).

  • Certificates were already issued.

  • The user accessed, viewed, or began any part of the purchased digital content.

  • SCFHS delays processing or rejecting manually submitted CME hours.

  • Misunderstanding of SCFHS renewal requirements.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must contact the Mulhim support team via:

The following information must be included in the refund request:

  • Full name

  • Email used for account registration

  • Order number

  • Clear explanation of the issue

Mulhim evaluates and responds to refund requests within 5–7 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
